On behalf of our staff and the Lewis and Clark Trail Heritage Association, we would like to commend you and your drivers for an outstanding tour meeting. All five of your buses were excellent, the drivers courteous and continually going way beyond their jobs to satisfy a very difficult population group. In our eleven years of business, we have never had a bus company provide such outstanding service, courteous drivers and flawless equipment and we have used many bus companies over the years!

I would also like to especially commend and thank you for sending a very special bus driver, Dorman Drake, of Bear Grass Tours. Under very difficult circumstances and with a seriously ill tour participant, Dorman went so far above what could be expected. He was with me every step of the way, moved the bus time and time again, and literally helped me carry this gentleman when he collapsed. He was wonderful on all the trips, Williamsburg, local to Stone Fire Station, and Washington, DC.

With no reservations whatsoever, Gary, I would highly recommend you to any group wanting outstanding tour bus service.

With warmest regards,

Malou K. Stark ~ President, Exceptional Events Ltd.

Prosody Creative Services has been honored over the past few years to work with and on behalf of Jamestown 2007, the organizers of America’s 400th Anniversary, as the Executive Producer for key Signature Events of the commemoration including; the Godspeed Sail, Yorktown 225th, Jamestown Live! and Anniversary Weekend.

We could never have completed our work without the fantastic individuals, organizations and contractors who surrounded us during this time. These relationships were the cornerstone or our success. Together, we helped bring to life the legacies of Jamestown, VA: exploration, cultural diversity, democracy and free enterprise – as well as the important history of the first permanent English settlement at Jamestown in 1607 that helped to build our nation.

The many hours of planning and production that went into America’s 400th Anniversary Weekend were invaluable in providing over 63,000 festival goers with a rich historical and cultural experience that will be remembered for years to come. The America’s 400th Anniversary Weekend television special, produced by Prosody for Jamestown 2007, continues to be aired around the United States and is receiving a great response.

Enclosed, please find a keepsake from Prosody Creative Services, Inc. featuring just a few of our favorite images from this monumental weekend. On behalf of the entire team at Prosody, we offer our sincerest thanks and hope we have an opportunity to work together again!

Ken Ashley and Maris Segal, Executive Producers for America’s 400th Anniversary

Before I head off to Spain for the next event, I wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks for your quick response and help on this past week’s Presidents Cup tournament. I know you wish you could supplied more buses, but the manpower support was actually more important than the number of units… so just know that Todd, Matt and I really appreciated the helping hand. We’ll keep your card on file, and if we have the need for buses or even some on-site coordination, we’ll give you a shout… yo’ve more than proved your worth in our eyes. All the best and we’ll keep in touch.
